Recruitment Made Easy With AI: Explaining + CSV (Part 4 of 4)

How you can get a shortlist of candidates, helping you organize and cut down pipelines.

Now that you can access your CSV file, it will already be arranged by scores from highest to lowest. Score values only matter in the sense that they are relational- not absolute. In fact, something as low as 40% can often be the highest score in the list. This is not to say this a 40% candidate- rather, they are the highest score to stand up to the great scrutiny that is placed by the AI.

To that end, you can safely start to view the candidates from top to bottom- this will cut time spent reviewing candidates drastically, as you are much more likely to hit your top 10 candidates by the time you’ve reviewed as little as 15 or 20 candidates in the ordered list. Now you finally have something that can help organize and cut down pipelines.

That's all for now! If you missed the previous parts of this series, you can check out part 1 here, part 2 here, and part 3 here. And don't hesitate to reach out to us with any comments or questions about this or anything else HR tech related, we would love to chat!
