Understanding one of the key things first: the job description.
The first thing we need to understand is the job itself. Job Descriptions (JD’s) are useful for this. A pain point for recruiters is the task to match their understanding of the job to the plethora of candidates that apply. So, just as humans can understand what is required of a job, so can a machine.
In this section, I go through how one can simply grab a JD, paste it into a box found in “Collect JD details”, and let the AI process, package, and produce usable data. Copying the hard skills to clipboard allows for easy transfer of data when going to “Find hard skill score”. Here, simply pasting the copied skills allows for a set of tags to be easily modified.
